• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

4. Waiting Time & Delays

• We offer a 15-minute grace period for standard pickups and a 30-minute grace period for airport pickups.

• Additional waiting time may be billed at our hourly rate.

• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Conduct & Responsibility

• Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver and vehicle.

• Smoking, illegal substances, or damage to the vehicle are strictly prohibited and may result in additional charges.

• Classy Limo reserves the right to terminate service without refund in case of misconduct.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We strive to provide safe and timely transportation, but are not responsible for delays, missed flights, or loss of personal items.
