Classy Limo - Terms and Conditions​

1. General Terms

By accessing or using the services of Classy Limo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding contract between you (the “Client”) and Classy Limo (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). These terms govern your use of our website and services, including reservations and bookings. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and such changes will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes are posted, you accept the revised terms.

2. Services Offered

Classy Limo provides premium transportation services that include:

3. Booking & Reservation

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our website, email, or phone call. Clients are required to provide accurate details, including pick-up times, locations, and passenger information.
  • For airport pickups, please ensure to provide correct flight details to allow real-time tracking of arrival and delays.
  • Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking 24 hours in advance to secure your reservation.
  • All reservations are confirmed by email or SMS, which will include the booking details and service terms.

4. Payment Terms

  • Classy Limo accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. All payments must be completed before the scheduled ride.
  • For corporate clients with pre-approved accounts, billing will be invoiced monthly or as per the agreement.
  • Prices for our services include taxes, but additional charges such as parking, tolls, or detours not initially quoted will be reflected on the final invoice.
  • Any changes to the itinerary may result in additional charges, which will be communicated to you before finalizing.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Bookings: Clients may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Special Events: Bookings for special events like weddings, proms, or large events must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Late Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up, a fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • No-Show: If the client does not appear at the designated location within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the booking price will be charged.

6. Waiting Time & Additional Charges

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for all non-airport pick-ups, and a 45-minute grace period is offered for airport transfers to accommodate delays.
  • After the grace period, waiting time will be charged, with charges accruing in 15-minute increments.
  • Additional charges may also apply for extended routes, unscheduled stops, tolls, parking fees, or other special requests that were not included in the initial booking.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to respect the vehicle and driver during the journey. Any damages caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be billed to the client.
  • Smoking, eating, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are not allowed unless pre-approved.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times, and passengers are expected to adhere to local laws and regulations.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children are in appropriate child safety seats, which can be provided by Classy Limo upon request.
  • Classy Limo is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. We encourage all passengers to check for their belongings before exiting the vehicle.

8. Chauffeur Rights & Responsibilities

  • Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate a service if passengers behave in a disorderly, intoxicated, or abusive manner that jeopardizes the safety of the vehicle, driver, or passengers.
  • Chauffeurs may adjust the route if traffic, road conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances require a detour. The chauffeur will communicate such changes whenever possible.

9. Lost or Damaged Property

Classy Limo is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during or after the service. If you realize you have left an item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist in locating the item. We are not liable for any lost or damaged property left behind. Any items found in our vehicles will be stored for 30 days, after which they may be donated or discarded.

10. Limitation of Liability

Classy Limo is not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services. Our liability for any claim related to our services, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theories, will not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

11. Force Majeure

Classy Limo shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, war, labor disputes, government regulations, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure”). In such cases, we will do our best to notify clients as soon as possible and arrange alternative transportation or reschedule the service.

12. User Conduct and Website Use

  • By using our website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity, including hacking, unauthorized access, or distributing harmful software.
  • You are prohibited from using the website in any way that causes damage or disrupts its functionality.
  • Classy Limo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website or services for any user found violating these terms.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Classy Limo. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
